My wife and I are building a house, and instead of wasting money at a hotel or extended stay we would much rather prefer helping out some good folks and being in a more stable environment.
We are a outgoing, fun-loving, Christian couple in our 20's and 30s. Our closing day is Dec 15th and we travel often, so we will not be around for many weekends, and gone before Christmas.
We both work full time and will not be at the house during working hours as well.
We prefer the Grapevine, Las Colinas, Southlake/Keller areas...but open to any options at this point!!
Budget is $750 all bills paid from Aug-Mid December.
If it is helpful I will pay for the entire rental upfront. ( $3750)
