I'm looking for a mechanic to work on my Dad's Audi TT. Just wondering if anyone had any reccomendations.

What part of Flower Mound?

I've used the Drivers Edge on 3040 between Old Orchard and Valley Parkway in Lewisville (about 1/2 mile from FM) but there's another one on Morris north of Marcus High.

I've been taking my bmw's for years there.

Solid work, excellent prices, and they stand behind their work 100%. I had new brakes put on my X5 two years ago, and this past January they started squeaking (brakes had been on about a year). They couldn't find the source of the squeaking, deemed them faulty, and replaced them 100% on their dime.

Redmon's Car Clinic is great, but not sure if they work on Audi's.

I could ask my mechanic here at my shop at Bridlewood Golf Club. He was an engine builder for John Force racing for a few years. He could diagnose anything, and repair it or guide you in right direction. It would have to be off clock kind of work. but If youre interested i can ask if he would want to do something like that.

agree with staying away from Driver's Edge. I feel like I get a high pressure sales pitch everytime I went in there. Now go to Firestone and I'm very happy with their service and quality.

I got my X5 inspected and they quoted me $750 worth of work I needed

took it to Krause and left $240 later. and what Driver's Edge quoted was not what was the root issue.

Call David at Metric Motors. He's next to the Napa Parts store, if memory serves. Place looks a little dodgy but the prices are great and the work is solid.

I have no idea what's wrong with it. This was his gift to himself when he got back from Iraq last year, and it just needs a little work.

He asked me to check on here because we have been given great recommendations before.
