I'm probably the only person who wouldn't mind it. I'm not planning on moving and could use the resulting tax break if DCAD actually lowered my valuation. However, I doubt they would since they've increased the values every year since I've moved in 2005.

Thus, I'm prepared to burn my TopGolf membership card in protest!
