looking for a maid to clean our house, and I don't want to pay a maid service to do half azz work for too much money (read: profiting off the back of min wage labor). I'm basically looking to pay the person directly per hour. I'm guessing 4-5 hours worth of work, once a week. I work out of the house so I'll be around the majority of the time said person will be here.

Anyone have any leads? Not sure if they will supply the cleaning materials or me (that can be worked out). Pay will be in crisp americano dolares.

I'm looking for one too, I could give you the one I let go but she was expensive.

We are in Allen and have one that just did an amazing job on a first-time clean. We paid her $100 and she had to be there 3-4 hours. I can give you a # if you're interested.

Let me know if you find one, we'll split her with you. Ours was not dependable and would disappear for weeks so we cut bait.

$100 for 3-4 hours? that's $25-$33/hr which is essentially a service rate. That's exactly what I DON'T want to pay. They're probably paying their maids minimum wage, maybe a shade higher.

We paid ours about $70

I paid $95 every two weeks took about 3-4 hours.
