Depending on where you are, we used the Paper Lion in McKinney. My wife's friend's mom owns it. Very reasonable, great quality.

Petite Folie in Coppell. They did a great job for us. We did our invites in the contemporary "envelopments" style (http://www.envelopments.com/) and were pleased with the way they came out.

I just remembered something else...

If you have a wedding website at mywedding.com, they have templates that match some of WPD's invitations. I like consistent "themes"... very yearbook nerdy of me.
