1. What type of building are you living in? Rent or own? What is the total square footage?
2. What was the highest bill you've paid in the last 24months? in kWh, dollars and what month?
3. What is your baseline energy use in kWh? (find this by taking out the peak heating and cooling months)
4. How long have you been there and how long do you plan on staying?
5. How many people are living there?
6. What type of appliances and HVAC system are you using? All electric or some gas appliances?
7. All things being equal would you prefer to use renewable electricity sources than coal fired? yes, no, doesn't matter, price is the only consideration?
I am in a contract, but since they have a stipulation for if move residencies that would void my contract ( I don't think they even service the area I'm moving too).
1. I will be living in an apt, renting, approx 625 sp ft
2. Highest bill I've paid was oddly enough over the winter. $130, 574 kWh, Dec
3. I would guess somewhere around ~495kWh
4. I will be there for atleast a year starting in March.
5. I will be living by myself
6. All equipment is Electric.
7. Doesn't matter.
I like the questions, but I'm not sure how accurate they will be since, I am looking to switch providers for my new place.
My new place is a little bigger and includes a washer/dryer in it, so I would assume I would be using a little more electricty.
Anyways, hopefully you can still make a good rec.
Thanks
