I need to have my fence replaced. Does anyone have a recommendation for a standard wooden picket fence for a suburban home in Round Rock?

I used ATX Fence and Deck to replace a few of my fence posts. Jared did a great job.

Pflugerville Fence does good work.
Install pickets with metal posts, it's not that much more expensive and lasts longer than wooden posts.

Here in Round Rock and am about to replace over 100' run on one side of my house with cedar pickets and metal posts. I took quotes from 3 different outfits and chose to go with Absolute Fence and Gate. Travis is an Ag and would definitely be worth entertaining a bid from.

My last replacement was with metal posts and two gates. I think I paid 25-27 per foot. 3 years ago and before Covid pricing

I ended up with bids from Fence Crafters, Absolute Fence and Gate, and Aus Tex Fence & Deck.
Fence Crafters and Absolute used the same materials, 1x6 western red cedar, 2 pressure treated rails, and metal posts set in concrete. Aus Tex was using an imported "cedar" product and was 3 pressure treated rails to help with warping with metal posts set in concrete.
Fence Crafters was the cheapest at $7K, Absolute was next at $9K, and Aus Tex was last at $9.3K.
Fence Crafters charged $28 per linear ft for a 6' fence, and $38 per linear ft for a 8' fence. Metal framed gates were $150 per gate.
Demo started on Monday, and install is finishing up today because I had about 225 linear ft to replace. Two man crew that has been good and professional.
