So according to the impervious cover rule (Impervious cover shall not exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the property's acreage for single family and duplex residential development) that means you could have a 270sqft home including driveway (unless you don't pave the driveway).

Austin is truly run by some of the biggest idiots on the planet.

Best it's ever been was when Wil Wynn was mayor and Ags controlled 3/5 of the city positions plus the governor lol

It is simply mind boggling that supposedly educated, grown people could even think this is a good idea.
