Kruger's on Congress has taken care of us on several occasions. Great locally owned, long standing Austin business.

I also had a good experience with Chuck, but had relocated to Austin before I finalized things and Kruger was equally as helpful.

I worked with Caleesi Design on South Lamar and they were fantastic. Nailed the custom ring and were very fast, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. Couldn't recommend more

I use Chuck from my wife's original ring. Great guy. But very slow to respond. Ended up going with blBachrndor's in Fort Worth for her 10th and anniversary upgrade. Call and talk to Wayne. And yes, the service is worth the drive.
