If you don't mind a 30 mile drive, the Southwest Museum of Clocks and Watches in Lockhart.

I second McGuire's Clocks for your repair. When my Grandfather Clock needed a repair, they sent someone to my house, checked the clock out, loaded into an SUV, and about a month or so later, brought it back and set it up - fixed of course. Be advised, its not cheap, but there is a reason why out-of-town friends and relatives bring their not-working clocks to Austin when they visit. He also fixed a cookoo clock while he was delivering/picking up, can't remember which, but didn't even charge me for that.
