I don't have anything in Austin but that basically puts your borders at 35, slaughter, 360 and Parmer, lots of variability there but you should open up your search to east of 35 (Windsor park, Mueller, Cherrywood, Holly Heights would all be good options depending on your price point. Your price point will ultimately be your determining factor
