The realtor we've used for our last few transactions has moved out of state, so we're looking for a rec on a new realtor.

The time has come for my grandma to move somewhere with assistance so we'll be looking to sell her house later this year. At this time we're looking for someone to help ballpark a price to help with planning and then assist with the list/sale later in the year. Whatcha got TexAgs?

Property is located in Wooten and we are expecting some adjustments to the price based on condition. Whoever buys will likely do a down to the stud reno if that paints a picture.

Give Jackie Horton a call. She's class of '01 or '02 and a top agent within her company in the Austin and surrounding areas. She recently mentioned to me that she was considering advertising here on Texags but I'm not sure she's fully inquired. Amazing to work with and dynamite person!

We used Natalie Kopp with Gottesman to sell our house in Crestview this summer and she was great.

I am working with Aaron Farmer (Class of 95 I believe), owner of Rudder Realty right now on buying a house and Bastrop and he has done a good job for us. I would recommend him highly.

Howdy! I'm the Austin representative for Red Pear Realty. We are Aggie owned and operated and are proud sponsors on TexAgs. Red Pear Realty is also a FULL SERVICE brokerage. I'd love to help your grandma out by selling her house. The best part of being a Red Pear Realty client are the savings. Your grandmother would be able to sell her house using our 1.5% listing fee which means more money back in her pocket for her future living accommodations. Give me a call! My contact info is in my profile.
