Heritage, located close to downtown Dripping Springs at 1385 Roger Hanks Pkwy., represents infill development in a city that has been difficult to find land to develop in the past, Timmons said.
Like many cities in the Austin metro, Dripping Springs' population has exploded in recent years, highlighting a need for more housing to be built. The U.S. Census Bureau estimated that the city's population in July 2021 was 5,787, a 224% increase from 2010.
