What is a "Soros DA"?
As for the case I'm not sure how you don't charge something when a shooter follows a person to their car and fires at least three shots while in the car seat. Shooters right to defend stops when his life or others are no longer threatened.

You're statement isn't correct. If the guy had stolen something then according to state law it could still be legal to chase and shoot him in attempt to recover stolen goods...depending on who's goods they were and a few other exceptions in the code.SteveBott said:

But I see nothing described about this case that says the guy stole anything...so the charge probably will stick. If the guy had shot him while he was trashing the store he most likely wouldn't have been charged.

Agreed. But shooting someone for stolen property is still very risky. I would not want to face a jury in that scenario. The only safe shot would have while the guy was in the act of destroying the property
