Motorcycle fatality guessing game? Grim for a Thursday..

I'm in at 2. I predict the heat keeps riders in the ac and off the road as much.

This is out further towards Bastrop this year right? Did it start up today, or Friday?

Today. Supposed to be smaller but also smaller roads.

Or does that result in more drinking and then more dying as they ride back to their hotel a bit more drunk this year. I'll throw the dice on that and say 4

Pretty crazy sight. Got downtown this morning at 10am and didn't see a single bike. Not a one. Left at 7:00p and there were thousands lined up and down Sixth Street and adjacent roads. I'm guessing about half are staying in town and half out in Bastrop. All that to say, if you're thinking about getting on Highway 71 in either direction from 6pm Saturday to 6am Sunday..........DON'T.

I would like to see Foghat though.

Looks like you're the winner so far.

I would rather not "win". It just seems to occur every rally.

Agreed. As someone who is about to start riding again its just crazy the bad decisions these people purposefully make to increase their odds of an accident. The big 2 are alcohol and late night driving (with or without alcohol). I haven't looked into the accidents from ROT, but usually when I see some motorcycle death one of those two are usually involved (not always of course).
