I tore something in my elbow. Anyone have a good recommendation for an orthopedic doctor specializing in the arm?

About two years ago I used https://www.txortho.com/ for a bicep tear. Joel Hurt was my doctor, looks like he left the practice https://www.austinoi.com/providers/meet-dr-hurt/. No complaints but that might be just as much about the injury and fix than anything else.
Appreciate the rec.
In ortho, elbow goes with hand surgery training, though I'm sure most could handle the majority of elbow issues.
If you want a hand specialist though, Gregg Vagner is who I'd recommend. Great guy, great doc. A friend who's an orthopod told me that's who he refers hand patients to, as well.
