Bryan Kansas is good.
Michael McClelland is good too but more central Austin.

I use Michael Trotter. He's at Midtown near Seton/Lamar.

I would not recommend Brett Baker, fine doctor but his nurse was horrible for scheduling and returning calls. Too much hassle.

All of the ones referenced positively above are great.

A good friend and top-notch Physician.

I would stay away from Koushik Shaw if you are going for a vasectomy.

He is a great guy. I have multiple really good mutual friends. His office is like a cattle call for surgery though. So many people waiting to get snipped they were running 4 hours behind on my surgery day. Botched mine, the office was horrible with follow up, had to go to another surgeon to fix ongoing pain. Unfortunately, I have 2 other friends that have had a similar experience with Shaw and post-surgery issues. I wish they had told me before I went in and dealt with 2 years of pain.

Eric Geisler is the best. Same practice as Kansas.

I saw Dr. Shaw back in February, I can agree they were running behind I think in total I ended up waiting an hour - they apparently only do them on Fridays for the most part. As such Dr. Tsai ended up doing mine. That being said it went smoothly and no issues so far. End result I couldn't be happier.

They also give you guitar a bit of paperwork before hand that goes over the risks and possible side effects which include possible chronic pain. I think this is more a result of how the body reacts for any individual and not the doctor involved - at least from what I read prior to my surgery.

Urologists piss me off.
