The growth all around the Austin area is crazy. I recently spent some time out in the Leander, Liberty Hill area. Wow. New residential popping up everywhere. Is Georgetown just as hot? Which specific areas are seeing the most growth?

Probably where you listed. Extending the toll road will only accelerate that. But growth is everywhere.

Yes, Georgetown is just as hot. Multiple large scale residential developments are under construction

At this growth rate not long. 10 years? Might be the over/under. The toll road extended to 29 means Burnet is close enough. Throw I expanded broadband and it's pretty easy to live that far out.
