My wife and I are looking to build a casita with attached garage and man cave on the lot where our current house is located. I am looking for general knowledge on what to expect to pay for Architectural Services and hopefully some recommendations of local Residential Architects. I have the general design in mind and on 3D Architect already, but obviously would need it looked over, tweaked, and a full set of permit drawings completed. Any help is appreciated.
