Does anyone have any good contacts for a kitchen renovation? I'm contemplating 2 overhauls right now and need help deciding a path:

1. A basic resurface of cabinets, new countertops, etc plus a new larger island
2. OR knocking down walls into the dining area to create a more open concept, which may require moving sinks, stove, etc

Armanzo did a full kitchen & flooring remodel for me a couple years ago. He and his wife are good people. I highly recommed him if you can get him (he's really busy right now).

It makes more sense to renovate than relocate in the Austin area right now. Great time to be a contractor.

This is a both situation sir. Keeping my old place. I put a low end offer on a home, because it needs updating but has good bones, really not expecting it to get accepted.. and it did.
