I know that Central Market (Lamar/Ben White) carries refrigerated dough. HEB has dough in the frozen foods section - grouped with the bread. The HEB version is what we use when I'm too busy or lazy to make homemade dough.

that's what we do as well. always grab a couple on shopping trips to have on-hand in the freezer.

its not the same as homemade, but its pretty solid.

Double Dave's will (or at least used to) sell their dough balls. Their pizza crust is probably on par or worse than most of the grocery options listed above.
