My wife, through the mommy text message chains, heard last night that folks are just showing up at Delco and getting vaccinated...first come first served and no need to be in 1A or 1B group. Not to spread rumors, but, has anyone else heard of this? Twitter and FB search yields very little.
If true I have mixed feelings. My wife and I would be pretty far down the list of people to be vaccinated and my understanding is that Delco, through Austin Public Health, is really meant for uninsured folks...however if the city is going to push vaccines just to get the numbers of vaccinated people up then I guess I'd take one...
