Make sure you know what you are asking for (tree, topo, street limits, boundary, title work etc).

You often get what you pay for and you also want to make sure the group will be in business in the future to make updates.

Google the information. guy's name is Forrest Jourdan. A few man show, so they care about a smaller thing like this.

I am in commercial construction and they do a good job for us, layout, form survey,etc.

Another possibility is drone people now have the capability to do topo. Haven't used that personally but might be worth looking at.
