I think the logo is supposed to represent "local roots".

Most of the fans will barely have to change their favorite soccer yells...

Does the MLS and whatever league the Austin Bold play in not conflict on the calendar? It will be interesting to see if Austin can support both. I'd go see the MLS team solely based upon location vs the COTA location of the Bold.

The team out at the F1 track won't last more than 1-2 seasons.

My biggest fear was that they were going to stick Austin FC in some remote location like the Austin Bold. Talk about a way to set them up for failure. The fact that they're near the domain, in Central/North Austin is great. The traffic will be an absolute nightmare, but the location is fantastic.

The Bold won't be around long.

And I like the logo. It's simple/clean. Looks really good.

I wish we had a better name than Austin FC...but ok. I think "FC" is really dumb in general, in the USA, but whatever. I'm just glad we'll have a team now
