There's about 50 of them. Where are you in Austin?

There's one on Parmer, just north of Brushy Creek in Cedar Park at the Parmer Lane Pet Hospital. I forget his name, though...

One of my favorite vets ever is Dr. Joey Bryant. She used to be at Brodie Animal Hospital, but just started her own practice in Kyle. Love, love, love her. If Kyle is too far, I suggest Dr. Donop at Oak Springs Animal Hospital. Someone else recommended Dr. Donop to me, and I really like him.

Edit...they just changed their name to Austin Veterinary Diagnostic Hospital.

Dr. Jim Holcomb at Hill Country Animal Hospital is fantastic. I highly recommend him.

He's out on Bee Cave just west of 360.

Dr. Megan Matthyssen at Southwest Hills Vet Clinic on Nutty Brown Road is great. Kind of out in the country, and much more reasonably priced than any clinic we tried in town.

Dr. Jeana Ohlen at Hwy 71 vet clinic towards Bastrop is really good, too, for people located out that direction. Or even if you're not.

Try Anderson Mill Animal Hospital.

Quite a few Aggie vets there and we've used them forever.

oops - just read that you're up in G-town. You might give CTVSH's north office a try. Not cheap; but they are good folks.

CTVSH (north and south) are referral hospitals. You are correct that they're good people, especially this one vet at the south clinic. I likes her.

For central Austin, both Brykerwood and Rosedale are great. If any of the vets went to vet school in Texas, they went to A&M. Undergrad may differ.

Dr. Arlon Graef '77 of Graef Veterinary Hospital is a very down home friendly place. They are located on the North side of Taylor on HW 95. If you are looking for a very low key, non-commercial vet, he is the best. I reside in RR and he is my vet of choice. Every pet from childhood to today has been cared for by him and his wife does a great job on grooming as well. Also if you go in, where some aggie gear and your sure to strike up a conversation.

Brushy Creek Vet Clinic on RR 620

Coming from the lake heading towards I-35 it's on the right before you get to Mesa Rosa and HEB.

Dr. Gianfrano Spellman on North Lamar just up the road from the dirty movie/porn palace.

25 years ago, when I didn't have two nickels to rub together he took care of my animals, and he is still taking care of them today.

Buttercup Creek Animal Hospital in Cedar Park. I'm pretty sure all the vets there went to A&M. They are all awesome. Been taking our pets there for nearly 20 years. They always take wonderful care of us - from beginning to end. Now owned by an Aggie.

I went to Dr. Donop a few weeks ago with a 6 month old adoption. I'd recommend him as well. There is another Aggie Vet there but can't remember his name at the moment.

We went to Great Oaks Animal Hospital (620/Great Oaks) with our past pet. Just adopted a new puppy and will be bring him there this week. All three doctors are Aggies. I've been to probably 4-5 vet clinics in town and all have been Aggies...

In RR you can drive over to Parmer Lane Pet Hospital and find many DVM's from A&M -- mine was Dr. Campbell.

In Pflugerville, I found Central Texas Animal Hospital off of Pecan street to be great. Dr. Modak was GREAT! -- I just took my dogs there today (2 bostons) --both of them are aggie grads.

Otherwise...I mean, they are everywhere.

I've never been to an animal clinic anywhere in North Austin without seeing multiple college of vet. sciences grads.

You'd have to try pretty hard to find a reputable vet that doesnt have at least one A&M grad.
