Basically. Unless you start to break city rules and they come after you, or the HOA decides to pay to get a lawyer involved.

Thanks 99 and Fire!
Btw...the covered car in the neighbor's driveway was gone when I got home from work...interesting...or maybe just coincidence???

edit: Thank you too, TLIAC!

Kristin, If you could get pictures, and the dates the pics were taken, of the dogs it will make things go alot faster.

If they ask my daughter to feed and check on their dogs when they're gone, I will definitely do that...otherwise, it will be difficult to get pictures. Just out of curiosity, do you know if other neighbors have complained about their dogs too?

Maybe you can sneak up to their windows at night with a camera and get pictures of the dogs that way. Or if that doesn't work you can wait till they leave, break in their house and wire it with cameras. You'll be sure to get video of all the dogs that way.

Yes, I can think of a half dozen that have said something to me.

More examples of HOA's out of control - so much for "private" property rights.

next thing you know, HOA's will start asking for public funding of Art Centers!!
