How long do you want to ignore this user?
Sorry if this has been discussed but a few searches (year back) in this forum didn't seem to get any hits.
So was wondering for those of you were patients of the old staff followed to where your current doc may have gone to or signed up with someone in this 3rd party dept? Looking for opinions or any particular news/updates. TIA.

We switched over and so far it has been pretty seamless. We have only had one tele appointment so far but have an in-person visit scheduled in 2 weeks.

We are so upset that Scott and White completely pivoted and pulled the rug out from under people in active mental therapy care, leaving them pretty much helpless except for some online resources. Our child cannot do online therapy, it just does not work for her, and since ALL BUT ONE of Scott and White's therapy providers left rather than take a 50% pay cut, we were not able to follow her therapist, whom she has trusted for 7 years. Luckily, we managed to find a new therapist locally, but this seems to really be the only way to go. I hope you have good luck and you are able to find someone quickly who can help you out.

As for Scott and White, we are transitioning everyone in our family to doctors elsewhere, as the bottom line seems to be way more important to them than the health of their patients.

Vertically integrated "non profits" deliver little value. Just ask if they charge a "facility fee" and it will tell you all you need to know.
