Ok, need the Power of TexAgs for this one, if at all possible…
I received a bill from CapRock Hospital on Monday, and this one says the whole 'Final Notice' blah, blah, blah verbiage and that I will be turned over to Collections. The crazy thing is I have always made a payment anytime they have sent a bill. So I'm not sure where this is coming from.
Anyhow I have made like 20 phone calls this week, pretty much every hour each day, lol, just to see if I can catch someone in whatever office they may be at, to answer. No luck whatsoever. So I did some digging and it says their mailing address is on Briarcrest. So I went over to it and it has their info on the door (CapRock Administrative Office), but the door is locked and the windows are blacked out so you can't see in.
So I'm not sure what to do now. I don't operate where I don't pay my bills and need to be turned over to a collections agency.
By chance anyone have a similar dealing? Did you ever get a resolution? Does any happen to know someone that still deals with CapRock in any form or fashion? Does anyone happen to know any of those that owned it?
Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated!
if you want to post here, that's fine. Or if you want to email me, that's is fine too!
