Anyone know what the construction going on Boonville outside Miramont is related to? Wishful thinking that it could be the development starting to get progress as there are some trucks in that lot too, but just assumed they were using that as a parking lot for whatever is happening on the road.

It's for the traffic light at the entrance of the development/ Miramont and 158. There was something in the supply chain that caused that light and the one at 30 and Hardy Weedon to be delayed. Apparently it has resolved.

Definitely NOT for a potential HEB because they totally don't own property near there. They own property way, way farther down towards university.

Thanks! Although they've gone this long without a light, they should have to wait until theres a development across from them to put the light in imo

They might just do the installation and leave the lights covered, for now. Not sure.

100% Incorrect. The property across the street from Miramont is owned by HEB LP.
