Who in town can do an enlargement but also clean up the photo a little? I tried to enlarge at Walgreens but it came out a little blurry. Not a huge priority to clean up but would like to if possible. Original pic is iphone heic and enlarging to 11x14 if matters.

I used them to get an old photo of my dad resized and touched up and they did a great job
