Taj Mahals are not cheap.

Definitely not cheap as he said, you have to have cylinder block walls and secure corridors for prisoners.

It will be fun to see the design when it gets to that point. A few of the most recent federal courthouses built and renderings of the one pending in Chattanooga. Designs are all over the place. The San Antonio one actually looks like a building you'd find on the TAMU campus to me.
