My wife has a strong preference for HEB's house brand apple juice to take to work for lunch.

Both our usual HEB (Tejas Center) as well as Tower Point haven't had any of the juice box packaging for over a week now. My wife checked the app and there are no HEB stores within 50 miles that have any in stock.

Any HEB insiders know what's going on?

Save the old HEB bottle and then pour Kroger Juice in it. Act like you are breaking the seal and then hand her a glass. She will never know the difference.
