How long do you want to ignore this user?
Elderly (93 yrs young) female relative, still enjoying living at home (Bryan), has finally decided some visitation would be helpful, for some basic household/kitchen assistance, plus grocery shopping and appointments.
Vetted individuals an option, as are established companies. She thinks 2-4 hrs per day would be all that's needed, not overnight.
Suggestions/referrals?
Thanks

When I was working hospice, Visiting Angels was my favorite agency to have with my patients.

HomeSpark- especially if you think it might ramp up to a bit more than you described in the future.

Make sure to ask that they employees are vetted well. I know of several instances, including my parents, where Visiting Angels employees stole money and credit card info.

I have used Comfort Keepers on-and-off for over 15 years. Have not identified theft. Only fired one caregiver (for sleeping midday).

None of the agencies are perfect but the more info you can give them about the client and needs, the better they will do at matching a caregiver.

ETA: they have a 4 hour minimum.
