COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Two of the Brazos Valley's top high school marching bands are hitting the streets this Saturday to raise crucial funds for their upcoming seasons.

Band and guard members from both College Station and A&M Consolidated high schools will launch their annual March-A-Thon fundraisers, kicking off the season with a day of live music and community support.

Organizers said March-A-Thon is one of the most critical fundraisers of the year for both music programs.
