College Station narrowly passes ordinance allowing vehicle sales in Wolf Pen Creek District. I read about this and not sure I understand what they are talking about. Is this in reference to the old Sears out building ?

It sounds like it is off of Harvey Rd area, based on the council meeting video. It just happens to back up the green space of Wolf Pen Creek.

Assuming you mean the "Scoots" store on Texas, is that considered Wolf Pen Creek?

Tesla has a pop-up..."store"?...site?... at Post Oak. I wonder if they are trying to make something a little more permanent.
