College Station narrowly passes ordinance allowing vehicle sales in Wolf Pen Creek District. I read about this and not sure I understand what they are talking about. Is this in reference to the old Sears out building ?

It sounds like it is off of Harvey Rd area, based on the council meeting video. It just happens to back up the green space of Wolf Pen Creek.

Edit for clarity.

After reading this article, I am still unclear about it.

"Presume you see the entire parking lot filled up with vehicles that are micromobility but are for sale," Nichols said. "I hope the applicant has an understanding of this."

It could be referring to the scooter store in the old liquor store building.

Assuming you mean the "Scoots" store on Texas, is that considered Wolf Pen Creek?

From the article they quote Yancy saying "It's not like they're destroying any trails or green space; it's already a parking lot and a building," he said. "Why not let these guys create happy jobs, happy customers, sell product and maybe light up that corridor a little bit?"

Sounds like the old Sears there.

That would make sense.

Reading between the lines, it sounds like the target property is the old Office Max (or was it Office Depot?) building.

Tesla has a pop-up..."store"?...site?... at Post Oak. I wonder if they are trying to make something a little more permanent.

Next to Rudy's? I thought that was a Church, is it empty again?

No clue. Hard to say.
