My son's condo got put up for sale at the end of May and we are trying to help him find something since he is interning this summer and doesn't have alot of time. He is looking for a studio/1BR since it's a little late to find a roommate. I always liked living along University Oaks, but that was back in the 90's, and I am not sure if there is anything along there that isn't run down now.

We are trying to target something between there and across Harvey back around the Wolf Pen Creek area that is on a bus route. Does anyone have any recommendations? These are the bus routes/areas we are focusing on. Planning a trip Saturday to look. Thanks in advance.
