I had good experience with cotton at advanced care years ago when on carter creek. Woke up in excruciating pain called dentist friend, seen before normal hours, worked in before lunch for eval at endodontist. Had cancellation so had procedure done that day. Remember not cheap but worth every penny. Did not opt for general anesthesia, was fine and in general a wus.

I used Sally Hays Eilers at Brazos Valley Endodontics (https://www.brazosvalleyendo.com/) earlier this year and she was great. Also, if you have dental insurance through A&M she is in network (there aren't many of those in this area).
