Is anything happening at the Red Lobster location on University Drive?

Something is happening because they are redoing the store front and remodeling. No idea what's going in though.

Do they leave squeeze butter on the table for people to add to their salsa?

They have owned the old red lobster location going on 20 years as well as the surrounding properties. Maybe if the numbers ever work out that is my guess where something gets built.
