Just got notification that Dr.. Charles Hogan is leaving the St. Joseph Sports Medicine
practice as a spine specialist. This is a real shame. He was superb physician. I assume
he is going back to his home state? I hope his brother doesn't go too.

What sinking ship? S&W has been having all kinda of turmoil for the last 5 years. As well. Dont let people fool y ou here. Surprised Hermann or Methodist has not offered too buy the CHI College station location lately again or just build their own

I have wondered about Herman, they aren't really that far off. Methodist will not come here based on regional economics. They have one of the best hospital systems in the country BUT they only accept certain Medicaid programs and are picky about it. Our area has too high of an uninsured / under insured/ Medicaid population.

Thank God Houston doesn't have an uninsured / under insured / Medicaid population.

I don't disagree. Just stating why I was told Methodist has no interest in coming to this area. I was told the market is not a fit for them.
