Looking for someone to assist with a property tax protest for a sizable property of entirely ag land. Main concern is the per acre value differs wildly (one tract is over $3k per acre, and the other is less than $1,500 per acre) and cant tell why. There also appears to be value from a non home site and improvement, which we believe is remnant from a house my grandparents owned that is now all but a pile of rubble.

Any recommendations?
