Ingredients
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
3 oz Brut Prosecco
oz fresh lemon juice
oz simple syrup
Garnish with gold luster covered ice sphere

Directions
1. Mix gold luster with water and freeze in a sphere mold.
2. To a glass rimmed with sugar sprinkles, add Ketel One Vodka, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup
3. Roll sphere ice in Gold Luster and drop into cocktail.


PEAR SPARKLER
Spark the New Year's joy with this crisp and bubbly sip



Ingredients
1 oz Botanist Gin
3 oz Brut Prosecco
oz fresh lemon juice
oz pear liqueur
Garnish with pear slices and a sparkler

Directions
1. To a coupe glass, add Botanist Gin, Lemon Juice, and Pear Liqueur.
2. Top with Prosecco.
3. To garnish, cut pears into thin slices and add a cocktail pick to end of stack to create a fan.

Ingredients
Perelada Stars Cava Reserve
2 oz Vodka
Grapes
Sugar

Directions
1. In a mixing bowl, pour Perelada Stars Cava Reserve over grapes until covered.
2. Add Vodka and gently stir.
3. Set bowl in the fridge to chill overnight.
4. Drain the liquid from the bowl and roll damp grapes in granulated sugar.
5. Serve in individual cups, rimmed in sugar, along with a cocktail pick.
