There are three other HEBs in BCS, two are on major highways and one on a major thoroughfare. All of them are within an easy drive of Booneville

If he minded multifamily then he wouldn't have sold the land on the corner of Copperfield and 158 to a multifamily developer. Much closer to homes in Miramont. The multifamily next to HEB will be across the street from the entrance to the maintenance barn for Miramont.
