Looking for someone to do some very minor handyman work, fixing a trash can enclosure and maybe painting it at a rent house I own in CS. Anybody have recommendations for someone that isn't going to try and screw me because I'm an absentee landlord? This could lead to future work.

Fireworks School is probably the coolest thing I've ever heard of
I've been to coffee school and Bronco off-roading school but this sounds like it might beat both of those!
