Related to my earlier post re: movers, we are on contract with a new build in Midtown and wanting to get an inspection just to make sure there isn't anything we aren't seeing, given the house has been on the market for a minute.

Who do you all recommend for home/foundation inspections?

We just bought in Austin's Colony and used Texas Professional Inspections. I thought they did a great job, super thorough and took time to explain everything they found. TPI also did our first home in Pleasant Hill a few years back and they did an excellent job then as well.

Nothing that I would consider significant, typical things for a home that's been lived in but nothing major foundation/roofing/MEP related.
