Readfield has the jalapeno cheddar sourdough buns. Don't know if they have plain.
Posts like this remind me how weird it is not to have a bakery in a community this large.

Willie's Cheddar Pepper burger uses a jalapeno cheddar bun, but the menu doesn't say it's sourdough.
