Across from the bank is a very large building under construction that could be a basketball court/gym/etc. I looked up the company name and it still didn't make sense to me as it was an A/V vendor.
The site I'm referencing is on the same side as the constable/JOP office.

I looked through CoCS permitting (which is a pain, btw) and didn't find anything at that address. I found the bank at 3000 Barron and "Barron Landing" at 2800 Barron. The address of the property owned by Piraino (which I assume is the one you're referring to) didn't match up with any permitting I found from 2024.
