You can buy replacement handles at Lowes or Tractor Supply. and probably a lot of other stores. For me the hard part is getting the old handle or what's left of it out. The grubbing hoe handle I bought at Lowe's had a plastic piece on the tool end and you simply slipped the hoe on and drove it tight. Rake handles may require some rasping. If the old handle broke off at the rake, you can sometimes shave it down and reuse it.
