Friend of wife's work colleague has a relative who was charged with evading arrest after some silliness while trying to liberate a traffic sign after walking out of a bar in CS. He's a really good kid, going through some difficult times after losing four people very dear to him recently.

Can anyone here recommend a good criminal defense attorney in CS?

+1 for Greaves. A few years ago I served on a jury where Craig was the defense attorney. He took a terrible case (for him) and almost pulled off a "reasonable" doubt defense.

I second Kyle Davis. He has done work for things like this.

I wouldn't call him for murder but a drunk kid who tried to steal a sign, absolutely.

I'd say Neeley Lewis from what I've heard, which usually amounted to getting frat boys out of legal trouble.
