My husband called the Bryan office and has been on hold for the past couple of hours to try to talk to to a live person to set up an appointment. He gets through all the automated announcements and gets to 'please hold for the next available representative,' waits and waits, it starts ringing….and ringing, then gets disconnected and has to start all over. Any better ideas?

Good luck! Place is a complete nightmare.

Hubby had same experience as trouble reported when he went a couple of months ago. Not near as bad as we expected.

Thanks everyone. After a couple hours playing the wait on hold game, a very friendly and helpful representative answered. He has an appointment next week and she helped figure out what the problem is with his application and what he needs to bring to the appointment to get it resolved (no surprise, the issue is on their end).
