I would think so. Why wouldn't it? The university is open.
Should be open this week.
University closes at noon on Monday, so next week it will probably be closed.
Just a heads up, however, there may or may not be a recycling dumpster located in the back of the gardens apartments that is usually available at all hours/days. Unless, of course, they have taken it away to empty it.
